Cornell University // Fall 2020 // ARCH 1101 // SASA ZIKOVIC, FELIX HEISEL // ‘PULMÓN’

The tangible and the intangible — my vapor and smooth — now needed to translate into something wearable. I chose to create a face mask, commonplace due to the pandemic, that uses vapor to emulate a third lung. Filling up with vapor from your actual lungs, it becomes creaseless and expansive; when deflated, it shrivels, withering and retreating. There is an evident juxtaposition of the effects of vapor on the system.
